We are delighted to have re-opened again after many months of closure.
Covid-19 restrictions remain in Wales including the need to wear a face covering and 2 metre social distancing. Our team are continuing to work hard to ensure Covid guidelines are followed, please respect the legislation and all measures in place around the Hotel to keep our staff, guests and local community safe.
Our procedures will be continually reviewed to ensure they reflect the relevant Welsh Government guidelines.

Covid-19 rules remain in Wales - it is a legal requirement to wear a face covering while indoors unless sat at a dining table or in your bedroom.
On arrival at the Hotel, you will notice that we have an enhanced hygiene regime in place, please help us to keep everyone safe by washing hands or using gel stations are regularly as possible. We no longer accept cash, and you will be asked to pre-authorise a valid credit or debit card on arrival. This card will be charged on departure.
Food and Drink
Breakfast times are Monday to Saturday 7.00am until 9.30am and on Sunday 7.00am until 10.00am, to help us manage the capacity in the restaurant please pre-book a time at Reception. Our host will show you to a table on arrival.
The Eryri Bar and Lounge is open daily from 3pm and tables are available on a first come basis. Please find a vacant table and then order & pay at the bar then return to your table.
Housekeeping & Laundry
Your room will be serviced during your stay. If you prefer that we do not enter your room, please place the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door. If you require additional tea, coffee, towels etc, please contact Reception who will make the necessary arrangement to have them left outside your door.
All measures are in place to protect the well-being of you, our team, and the local community. We are required to supervise the premises at all times to observe Welsh Government directives. Please be patient, our team are working under challenging rules and public health regulations.
