Our superb location with splendid views of Snowdonia’s mountains and lakes set in 30 acres of mature Victorian gardens and woodland, paired with Dolbadarn Castle, provide the perfect setting for beautiful photographs. Organising your special day begins from the very first moment you contact us. Your wedding planner will be ready to advise and plan even the smallest of details to make everything go exactly as you want. We will help you organise your wedding day from the early booking of photographers and florists to organising menus, guest accommodation and everything in-between. Civil Ceremony
If you are planning your wedding reception in Snowdonia, The Royal Victoria can offer you not just the wedding reception but we also have a civil wedding license, so you can get married and have the reception all under one roof!
Food to Match
Because every celebration is unique we offer a wide range of menus - from decorated carved buffet to three course banquets - each with an extensive selection and vegetarian options, and additional courses if required. You may have a specific choice of wines or non-alcoholic beverages in mind, or prefer to discuss options with us. Either way we'll find the perfect accompaniment to the food you've chosen. Take a moment to look at our suggested menus or why not have a chat with our Banqueting Manager who will tailor the menu to suit your wedding reception.
Looking after your guests
We offer special room rates for any of your guests who want to book an overnight stay. They can take advantage of the full facilities available here at the Royal Victoria and revive in the morning with a full breakfast.
